18 hour countdown

Rocked the gym this morning (i.e. showed up and played with some mildly heavy objects for about 30 mins before realizing I was gonna be late for work) and am now icing. Knee pain present but mild today. Thinking I may have a pain free day in my near future. Keep your fingers crossed. I actually made an appointment with a PT/ART today but I don't get in until Dec. 9th. If I'm still having issues by the ninth please, someone just come out here and put me out of my misery.

Otherwise, my brain has been malfunctioning as of late, which has been awesome. The anticipation of tomorrow has rendered me essentially useless. I don't know if I'll be able to sleep tomorrow. It's like the night before christmas, except you're not sure whether the jack in the box that Santa left you contains cash or armed explosives.
