Friday - 9 mi (2mi w/u 6x800, 1 min rest, 2 mi c/d; drills and strides on the beach)
Saturday - 12mi (1:33) w/ Carroll
Sunday - 6.09 (44:51) mostly with adidas boys

Felt good about the workout on Friday. Times were more on pace with what I wanted to run than the previous time I did that workout.
Had a good long run on Saturday with Carroll. Maintained about 7:45 pace and that included the steep uphill of Torrey Pines.
Second week at over 50 miles. Things are feeling good. I'm beginning to feel fit. There's something about being over 50 miles...I'm not just running anymore...it's training now.
On another note, had a great weekend with Bridget and KT!!! Nice little '05 reunion :-D Went to the races on Saturday for some ponies and beer tasting. All in all, a good time.
