Friday
AM - 20 mile Bike ride
PM - 7.7 mi total - 9xhills
Saturday - 32 mile Bike ride
Sunday - 12+ miles + Gym
Total Mileage - 51 miles
Woohoo! Finally I have hit my College mileage over 4(!?!) years after graduating. I'm pretty sure I haven't run this much since 2005...maybe even longer because I think I had lower mileage in Track...can't really remember.
It feels so good. I ran 12 miles on Sunday and felt totally fine the rest of the day. My body is adjusting to the physical activity and runs are no longer zapping my energy for the rest of the day. Quite the opposite I feel like I am stronger and have more energy! :-D
